When you open a jar of freshly extracted acacia honey, its delicate fragrance is reminiscent of acacia blossoms. Its colour ranges from clear to pale yellow, and its flavour is pleasantly mild, delicate and well-balanced. Acacia honey is one of the sweeter varieties of honey and, thanks to its natural sugar profile, remains liquid and golden-clear for a particularly long time.

With its subtle aroma, it is ideal both on its own and for enhancing breakfast, drinks and fine dishes.
