Linden Honey

Linden honey has a distinctive, delicately floral aroma reminiscent of linden blossoms in summer. Bees produce it from the nectar of linden blossoms and – depending on the forage – also from honeydew.

Its colour can vary from pale yellow to deeper golden hues. In its creamy form, it is characterised by its fine, even consistency and its aromatic flavour profile.

Linden honey is delicious on its own or as an addition to breakfast, desserts, pancakes, waffles, toast and pastries.
